In situ image didn’t work; so brought it indoors. First report for grounds of NY Bot Garden among leaf litter under American beech, although known from Florida to Massachusetts.

I was thrilled to find this one in the SE several years ago, hunting with Walt Sundberg out of Highlands.

Looks like your workplace is hopping with cool fungi this year; lucky you.
