Observation 75205: Clitocybe (Fr.) Staude
When: 2011-08-28
No herbarium specimen

Notes: Found in mixed conifer forest (Lodgepole Pine, Spruce, Fir) at ~9500 ft.

Spores finely warted/spiny, globose and dextrinoid. A variety of cheilocystidia also observed, ranging in shape from filliform to clavate, each one either weakly amyloid or showing a blue hue due to refraction (having a hard time telling the two apart on this scope).

Collected for the 4th Annual Eagle Mushroom Festival
