I was going to suggest Candelariella but not with a C+ reaction. Must be a species of Acarospora. Only two yellow species are mentioned in the Sonoran Flora with C+ reactions and non-effigurate (margins aren’t lobed) thalli. A. robiniae (coastal southern CA and Baja, areoles contiguous) and A. tuckerae (known only from central Arizona). Of course, your well outside the coverage range of the Sonoran Flora, so maybe it’s not surprising you have something else. Such a weedy thing, you’d expect it to be a cosmopolitan species, though, wouldn’t you?
