Extremely small, about 1 in. for fully expanded cap specimen.
Fruiting in neighborhood decorative bark.

Looks similar to C. micaceus without the “mica dust” on cap and much, much smaller.

Gills: purple,gray.
Stemp: mildly hirsute at base, semi-clear
Cap: chestnut brown, small ridges at margin.
