Notes: Possibly old M. sanguineaolenta faded from the sun.

Fruiting from deciduous debris in mixed deciduous canopy(Acer, Salix, Quercus).

Temp: low 80’s.

After looking up other observations of M. inclinata on MO and some other online sources I feel pretty confident in your identification. The young specimens-visible in the back of first few images on my observation post are definitely dark chestnut brown and they fade fast with age.
