Habitat:
Mixed oak and pine, next to big pine in needle mulch

Gills:
White when immature & pale yellow mature

Stem:
white shaggy powdery rings around stem

Cap:
white powdery remnants of universal veil

Spore print color:
N/A

Bruising:
light yellowing

Other info:
Did not have the traditional pungent odor of chlorine.
