Observation 77581: Evernia prunastri (L.) Ach.
When: 2011-09-24
Who: zaca
No herbarium specimen

Notes: This observation refers to the specimen with greener thallus, that occupies great part of the photo.
According to the 2nd reference the species "Hypogymia physodes and H. tubulosa live often together. I think that this is the case, H. tubulosa with the lighter thallus and greater lobes with capitate soralia and H physodes with a greener thalus and bigger thallus.

It has a solid thallus. H. physodes also has distinctive hollow hood-like tips.
