Amanita augusta is obviously the best name for this observation

When I saw the map in Bojantchev & Davis (2013) that is based on MO observations, I realized that “Amanita augusta” might be the best name for this observation. I did not make any change, since I don’t have a voucher specimen for this MO observation, and I believe that MO observations without supporting herbarium specimens should be ignored.
