Observation 78987: Cantharellus subalbidus Smith & Morse

Large fruitings today in Douglas fir canopy.
Fresh specimen on left is pure white-older specimens on right show slight discoloration. This species bruises yellow/orange when handled.

Surrounding plants— Salal, Oregon grape, Evergreen huckleberry.

Temp: Low 60’s.
