Notes: This is an unusual Caloplaca. That’s how Jason referred to it when I created Observation MO67542.
I encountered this species again by the end of August and in the meantime I “lost” within home the sample collected at that time. Now I “found” it and made the corresponding microscopy. The result is not famous but at least serves to confirm the correctness of the species: Caloplaca variabilis.
I obtained the following results for the dimensions of the spores:
Me = 13.2 × 6.6 µm ; Qe = 2 (N=20).
