Observation 80141: Bolbitius titubans (Bull.) Fr.

Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: Mushroom was very fragile and withering quickly. Stipe was yellow, smooth, hollow, and very flimsy. Gills were adnexed to free and rusty colored. Cap was viscid, turned dark grey in KOH, and the margins were striate. Spores were brown. smooth, and truncated at end with a pore. Found growing in grass at the Berkeley Marina.
