Strange as it may seem there are two species of Caloplaca in the first of the photographs attached. This observation refers to that there appears at the top, with pale yellow thallus and orange apothecia.
In the other photos apothecia leaving shallow pits in substrate is visible mainly in the upper part of the thallus.
