Observation 81244: Mycena meliigena (Berk. & Cooke) Sacc.
When: 2011-11-01
Who: zaca
No herbarium specimen

Notes: Tiny mycenas – about 0.7 mm of overall size – growing on the remains of a dead quercus tree and very difficult to photograph. To observe under the scope I made cross sections of the cap. The spores are globose to subglobose with average dimensions:
Me = 8.7 × 7.8 µm ; Qe = 1.1 (N=27).
I think that if fits very well the description given in the 1st reference. Another photo can be seen in the 2nd reference.
