Pileus: White, wavy, cauliflower texture. ~2 cm in diameter.
Lamellae: Decurrent / adnate, white, very widely spaced.
Stipe: ~1 mm, black
Habitat: Growing in large numbers under a buck-eye tree, growing on leaves and decaying wood. Showed up about a week after a heavy rain in mid October. Seems to like lots of moisture as it was growing on a very damp riverbank.
