Are you sure its jet black? The gills don’t look quite dark enough for such mature Panaeolus. I think Psathyrella is promising.

Average values for the dimensions of spores:
Me = 11.4 × 7 µm ; Qe = 1.6 (N=40).

It is highly probable that it exists there, though I didn’t saw it at the place of the observation.
