On dead thick pine branches. Brought to the SVIMS annual mushroom show by Robert Rogers.

the faded center and more or less round shape are typical for Ch. aeruginosa (Ch. aeruginascens is ear-shaped and darker).
I was taught to recognize it in the field by Dr. Eugene Popov from the Komarov Botanical Institute :)
