Stipes dirty yellow above, fading to dirty whitish. Grayish below.
In deep needle/leaf litter bewteen/beneath White Pine and Norway Spruce.

Spores are elliptical and appear to be in the 8-11 × 5-6 range.
Given the dirty yellowish color of the fresh stipes (verging on greenish yellow), occurrence under pine, and spore info, I really think these are M. griseoviridis.
