KOH 5% solution added about 8 hours after collection.

As for spore size, I don’t have eye pieces on my scope, rather it’s a touch screen and does not have an option to display a measurement on screen. I’m happy to post those results in the morning and try to approximate the spore size. That will be a first for me.

Hopefully I can get to this in the morning. Is the KOH reaction going to be reliable with material refrigerated for 24 hrs?

Do you have pictures of the spores and size measurements? Also pictures of KOH solution on the cap, stem and context.
