Observation 83026: Russula queletii Fr.

Taste acrid immediately; stipe with pink flush; spores 8-9×7 µm; growing in deep moss – that might be a reason that only the base of the stipe is pigmented

is not likely. It has a purple cap, typically with a dark umbo, young ones often with a greenish hue, and the stem is completely pink.
