Recognized by sight: Pileus is yellow-brown, glabrous. Pores are honey yellow. Stipe yellow-brown with a yellow brown band below apex, nearly white at apex.

Based on microscopic features: Spores conform to previous reports.
Based on chemical features: Context not changing when exposed. Pores do not change color when bruised.
