About half a dozen specimens found growing together; surrounding trees were all live oaks. Prominent volval sac was whiter than more off-white stipe; cap was off-white to yellowish to almost olive green near peripery. Spore print was white; spores were mostly round or slightly ellipsoid, smooth.
