Gray-brown pileus with a slightly lighter margin
Free gills, very crowded
Found on downed conifer log in advanced stage of decay
White, soft flesh
Long, narrow stipe
No veil or volva present
Pink spore print
Thick walled, horned cystidia and convergent gill traema
