Now, C. cyathiformis and C. fragilis have a lot in common, and have been considered the “same” for a long time. In fact, they come out side by side in ITS sequencing. But, cyathiformis has a broad pseudostipe and fragilis has a turbinate, pinched at the base pseudostipe, (among some other distinct microscopy characters). So, based on the bottom portion of this fungi, I would call is C. fragilis. I am assuming that this gleba will darken in it’s cream color and start to turn purple like the other posting.
