plenty of opportunities to observe this species under the scope, since it is very common here. Maybe, the problem is to do the right preparation to observe it, because I´m not used to do it for this kind of fungi.

To see the system hyphales, Floxine B is excellent.

I cannot give precise dimensions of this specimen, but for sure ranged from 4 to 5 cm.
I did not preserved a sample of it, so micrographs are impossible. I have regular Floxine 1% and Floxine B – SDS 1%.
