Observation 85065: Ramaria rubripermanens Marr & D.E. Stuntz

Fairly large, ~ 19 cm across X 17 cm high.
While the photo doesn’t show it real well, the branch tips stayed pinkish for several days.
Spores were ~ 10.3-12.0 X 4.3-5.2 microns, with mostly longitudinal ridges.
Ferric sulfate on the stipe context was neg.
Melzers on the stipe context was positive, going from brown to purple in about 5 min.
