I think I see a short volval limb on the top of the bulb…standing out from the base of the stipe. If I’m seeing this correctly, this is probably either a species of sect. Phalloideae or of sect. Lepidella in one of the limbate groups of subsect. Limbatulae. Interesting. As we discussed a bit, Murrill is responsible for several names in these groups.
