Could be Trypethelium

This looks a lot like T. viride. The orange stuff is free-living Trentepohlia, a “green” algae, the same photobiont that is used by many tropical crustose lichens, including Trypethelium. Many species in this genus are distinguished by perithecia being grouped together into raised pseudostroma. Bathelium also does this, and perhaps other genera I’m not familiar with.
