Notes: Growing out of timber that was set in place as a parking indicator. I noticed shelves of Trametes versicolor growing out of the same log which had led me to find these guys!

This guy was going through an estate sale for his father who ran a medical clinic. I ended up getting a Nikon Alphaphot YS for $200 with a few boxes of slides, cover slips, lens paper, and all that jazz. I’m pretty stoked on the find.

Thanks Danny. I’ve been working on those roman-aqueduct sections. I had gotten a used, cheap scope off craigslist not too long ago. Just wanted something low budget to help key things out. How’s your proposal coming on chipin?
