i’m going to do some microscopy on some fresh specimens.
i will drop you an email when i send out your specimen.
i have a copy of Murrill’s book, published in 1972, entitled “Keys to the Fleshy Basidiomycetes of Florida.”
when i get time i’ll see if he mentions this.

again. I think we’ve seen this guy before in the last ten days or less from Gainesville. This time we can see yellow on the disc, too.

Murrill must have noticed this….
