Notes: Growing on decaying Yellow Poplar/Tuliptree (Liriodendron tulipifera)log. It has soft tissue and the margin is very thin & pleated.

it does resemble an lod laetiporous. If you think it could be i did out the latiporous parasite list and see how any names fit.

this polypore is infested with a parasite. I guess it will be difficult to come up with a proper name.

take a picture of the underside (hymenium) too!
It is useless to try to ID if we do not see the hymenophore.
