This seems similar maybe to Bisporella citrina, but I can’t find any indication of it being in Hawaii.

Either hundreds of these sprang up overnight, or it was just easier to take a closer look when it wasn’t raining… They seem to be all over this particular tree (eggfruit), but not on any of the neighbors (ohia, mahagony)
