These photos are from the northern WI, so these could be any of the three species encountered there: Porpidia crustulata, Porpidia macrocarpa or Rhizocarpon concentricum. In fact, it looks like at least two of them are in these pictures, unless dark and light circles are the iterations of the same species. Also see discussion for observation 87905.
