Observation 88932: Boletus reticulatus Schaeff.
When: 2011-08-26
Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: This was growing under hornbeam (no oak present!). So I initially thought to have found Boletus carpinaceus. But it clearly and unfortunately ( :) ) is just the common summer king bolete. This species can aberrantly also grow with hornbeam, birch and even spruce!
