Do you microscope? It is impossible to tell by photo unless it is a very well defined and one of the very few crusts that can be told by the naked eye if one knows it really well. Since I am from Europe I am not able to tell without further details. Either you provide micro details or you let ID them from one who has access and literature. You could send me some too I am very interested in crusts from all over the world.
