Notes: Observed on open sandy flats along roadside. (Sorry, collection putrified before getting a chance to dehydrate it properly…)

Recognized by sight: In the temperate part of the world (even Florida), all the taxa that are like a species of sect. Vaginatae, but have a ring can be placed in section Caesareae.
