Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: Found on soil in grass on edge of yard and also on woodchips. Spore print: Brown. Pleurocystidia broadly ellipsoid. Found scattered along a mulched trail and in grass at the edge of a yard. Veil present. Gills white when young and brown in older specimens (not photographed). Pileus dull yellow.

They are starting to decay so I don’t know if there is any diagnostic value here. Could this possilby be a first occurance of the expected arrival of the European woodchip Agrocybe, A. rivulosa?
