Herbert – The problem with your name is that fungi are pictured in the photo. Chocolate is made with three fungi. Click the link provided in the original post and you will see that it’s not “non-fungal”.

Have you considered slicing it in 2 and showing what the interior looks like? I’m wondering 2 things here. 1) is it sequestrate? 2) is the stipe hollow, filled, or solid?
