Not clear to me

I wasn’t sure just how many species I was dealing with here. It looked like maybe some parts of the thallus are well developed with ripe apothecia, and some other parts are not so. I hardly know those genera, and wasn’t able to do any poking and such – this being a very public place.

Is it a little damp, maybe? I’m thinking Tephromela atra (or Lecanora) again.
