Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: This immature specimen was found near other earthstars that resemble Astraeus hygrometricus. I have specimen and hope it will mature gracefully. More photos as it develops.

I look forward to seeing what it develops into … and how many rays it has at maturity. BTW, the number of layers in the peridium (outer shell) is a strong identifying characteristic.
