that Lucy has posted a couple of times from the same site. She has written to me about the extended cavity that often appears in the top of the stem in this species.

The cap really looks a lot like A. magniverrucata, but it’s probably not hosting with Eucalyptus, so likely something else. The warts look too stiff and undifferentiated to be A. ananiceps, but maybe unusual conditions could cause this. Not sure.
