Notes:
This is very strange. You can see the yellow bloom on the picture which undoubtedly is Amphinema byssoides (scoped). But underneath there is a mushroom that looks a lot like Scopuloides rimosa but I couldn’t find any fungal structures! I am puzzled about that.
