a red-bleeding agaricus. picked by a 7-yr old in our group, so I don’t know what habitat it came from. from TNC train between prisoners harbor and pelican bay. I thought that it smelt bad, others thought it smelt “good” or “mushroomy”

Recognized by sight: Rick Kerrigan told me in person that A. bernardii is one of the few Agaricus species which is the same in California and Europe.
