Notes: 8/7/2008 – Growing on the same live oak tree and directly below this mature conk from last year. Observation 6826. (Photos 17468 & 17469)

8/13/2008 – Bruised the pore surface with the petiole of an oak leaf. (Photos 17470 & 17471)

9/3/2008 – It is much larger and it looks like the same ant is crawling around on it. (Photo 19501)

9/17/2008 – Starting to look like a Ganoderma. (Photos 21973 & 21974)

9/26/2008 – Starting to release spores. (Photo 22977)

10/2/2008 – Spores covering the area. (Photos 23803 & 23804) Bruised the margin and pores in Photo 23804.

11/7/2008 – Photos 28271, 28272 & 28273.
