Notes: Collected at Paul Bishop’s Jones Creek Tree Farm, Beavercreek, Clackamas Co., OR on June 3, 2001. Glomus and Endogone have some of the largest spores in the fungal kingdom. If you look closely, you may be able to see individual spores with the naked eye! Endogone lactiflua typically has a whitish latex when cut or damaged fresh. The name flammicorona means flame-colored.
