Summary: Inocybe insinuata

was described from the UCB Campus in 1915 from under pines.
I wonder if it could be the same (seems unlikely on ecological grounds) as the montane, snowmelt-associated ones labeled I. insinuata on MO currently. I wonder if Matheny has genetic evidence suggesting that they are the same.
