Notes: on siliceous rock; rimose-areolate gray crust, K-, C-, KC-; APO sessile but inset among areoles, black prominant smooth even margin, black disk, bl ack hypothecium, hyaline hymenium, epihymenium dark brown, POL+ crystals maybe in interior of excipl e, asci cylindric with thick tip square inside, epihymenium K+green, exciple bleeds K+y, hymenium IK I+ strong blue, paraphyses narrow and anastomosing but easily separating in K with slightly swollen unigmented cells near tip; SPORE 8 per ascus, hyaline, smooth, septate, one cell generally ~larger, ~17-20×8-10um
