I agree with Jason that this looks much more like the green alga Trentepohlia aurea, a non-lichenized alga.

Maybe Trentepohlia, or even “just” a moss? But I see little erumpent apothecia with whitish thalline rims and yellowish-orangish disks. I wonder if this is Protoblastenia? Is this on limestone?
