Notes: Growing on siliceous rock.
Thallus crustose, greyish, continuous to more areolate at the center, without prothallus, slightly pruinose. Apothecia black, isolated, with a thick concolor rim. Spores colourless, simple, guttulate, with average dimensions of Me = 16.8 × 7.1 µm ; Qe = 2.4 (N=20). Hymenium I+ blue.
Macroscopically similar to the one in observation 93006, but microscopically some differences were detected: spores narrower, and the hymenium reacted blue to the addition of a drop of Melzer.
