They are also C-, and they look very similar to this. I’m not sure how to describe it, but this has a distinctive look about it. I can’t begin to explain how two specimens side-by-side can have such different coloration, but the texture and shape is the same.
So I decided it was P.bolliana based on that feature. But I thought at first that this was a thallus consisting of two different species growing into each other. Maybe, instead, it’s two thallii of the same species – one older and one younger?
