Yellow flesh and white rhizomorphic strands on the base of the stipe

in combination with the other characters seen on the pic are a dead certain X. chrysenteron.
Whitish flesh and yellow rhizomorphic strands on the base of the stipe must be applied to X. spadiceus/ferrugineus.

I don’t think I have a close up pic of the flesh. However, the flesh is yellow, thick and does not turn to blue (it becomes a bit darker +- brown after 1 hour or so)

Not convinced.

Do you have close-up or pictures of the cut flesh?
Could also be Xerocomus pruinatus, even deviant X. rubellus, also consider X. porosporus altho the latter has a dark zone on the stipe which I do not see here.
